Seven years from January 2007 onwards the Culinate was updated frequently; However at this time we are no longer content to add , on the Web site. We now hope that our will examine extensive archives.
In these archives, you will find thousands of recipes - from our kitchen, but also of our contributed and we have enjoyed cookbooks .
You will find stories related to home cooking and selection of foods; Essays on food and cooking; Summaries of current news about the food; and interviews with personalities in the world of food.
There are reviews and excerpts from books that inform and entertain ourselves and the work of dozens of talented columnists and bloggers.
The archive is extensive, but what holds them together, is a common interest for food that tastes good and nourishes our body - and not to the degradation of the planet.
The new focus on Culinate
Although to publish this Web site that part was really fun and interesting of what we do, it is only a part of our business. How many of you know, we became much of the content on the site have financed through partnerships with cookbook authors and publishers create big mobile cooking apps. In this function, it has been our honor and pleasure working with Mark Bittman and his Publisher on the best-selling iOS app from his Cookbook as Cook everything adapted (as well as one of its as Cook Everything Vegetarian and other by as Cook everything: the basics). We have created also an app, which in collaboration with Karen tack and Alan Richardson, the talented duo behind Hello, cupcake! and other books.
Apart from the fact that practical tools with which people are planning and their own food to Cook, have our apps won numerous prizes and awards. The apps in the Mark Bittman series have been featured on many occasions about the app store by Apple; the selection of the chef was all as one of the five "groundbreaking apps" during the celebration the last climax 2013 in the app store five year anniversary.
Hello, in the meantime cupcake! was elected first as an app store Editor's choice and then as best app of the year. If you have an iPad or iPhone, we recommend that you pick up a copy in the app store, if you have not already done so. It is imaginative and funny--and it's free.
Soon we will be announcing a huge new cooking app project - one that cooks everywhere want to checkout.
So come on, we put all our time and resources on this part of our work. Our site, as they now exist remains unchanged for the near future, but our updates to it will be limited.
Thanks for the read.
